For outdoor sessions, I typically meet clients at a secluded spot in Boulder County, just outside the northwest corner of Lafayette. Nestled in a shaded area off the beaten path beneath a towering cottonwood tree, it offers incredible mountain views and a peaceful setting for therapy. Sessions may include walking together or sitting in comfortable Crazy Creek chairs immersed in nature. Nature itself provides a grounding, supportive presence that can deepen the healing work we do together.
I meet clients for all indoor sessions in my welcoming office in Lafayette, Colorado, conveniently located at the corner of 95th Street and Arapahoe Road.
Some clients need or prefer the convenience and flexibility of meeting virtually. If virtual sessions feel like the right fit for you, I would be happy to support you in that format.

Individual sessions are $150 for a 60-minute session. Longer sessions are available and are prorated accordingly.
I accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and HSA/FSA cards.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill (a detailed statement of services) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please note that insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for the individual whose insurance benefits are being used for reimbursement.
