I personally have been using this recipe for over a month now and have noticed a positive change in both my skin and hair. My skin appears more luminous, and my hair looks thicker and has more shine to it.
1/4 Cup Organic Green Tea Powder
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Epsom Salts/Magnesium Sulfate
1/4 Cup Baking Soda
1 Old Sock (it will be sacrificed in the name of beauty&youth)
1 Hair Tie
Measure out ingredients, then pour both the green tea powder and the oatmeal into the opening of the sock (where your foot should enter).
Close off the sock using your hair tie.
Run hot bath, add both epsom salts and the baking soda to the water.
Once the tub is filled you can throw in the sock and allow it to soak for at least 5 minutes before getting into the tub (but preferably for the entire duration of your bath)
Remain in the tub for a minimum of a half hour to experience the full affect of the ingredients.
*Note this mixture CAN and WILL stain your tub if you’re not careful. Be sure to spray it down after use to avoid leaving your tub looking like an old teacup.
